A milky note of coconut for your food and beverage applications

Isobionics® Natural alpha-Bisabolene 98 is a clear colorless to pale yellow liquid. It has an oily odor of coconut, slightly mushroom, milky lactone note, parsnip, costus oil, mangosteen with a warm vanilla like note. At a usage level of 20-40 ppm it displays a white flowery with a creamy lactone note and a coconut milk taste. This product differs from our Isobionics® Natural beta-Bisabolene, where those milky notes are not present.

With 98% purity, the product is suitable for a broad range of applications like beverages and food.
